August Recap

Many thanks to everyone who joined us for the Annual BBQ at Stanford University's Jasper Ridge Preserve. Special thanks to the staff of Jasper Ridge who made us feel so welcome in such a beautiful setting. Thirty-three folks attended from 21 public and private agencies. Steve Daus, RFP, presented his findings from the 2015 Butte Wildfire, "The Strategy of Recovery". 

August was also an extremely busy and destructive month for wildfires in the state. To combat this risk, be sure to check our 9/5 blog post about grant opportunities available from CAL FIRE.
